Here’s how the coaching sessions work
The initial session is free. During that session we find out where you currently see yourself in your world right now, then we create positive outcomes that you’d like to achieve through the coaching process e.g. areas of your life you want to change/ improve such as work, relationship, health, finances, social, etc.
The key to set successful outcomes is to set Inspirational, Measurable, Positive, Achievable, Challenging, Timed outcomes. We will then design together a coaching plan to help you achieve your goals, that is, to take you from where you are now to where you want to go. The subsequent sessions reinforce the progress made and we would set and review the action steps that would take you through the next stage.
What do we achieve with life coaching sessions?
The coaching sessions are designed to help you set and achieve positive outcomes, for example projects, goals or challenges that you have in your personal and/ or professional life. By recognising the obstacles, self-doubts, challenges often put in place over the years, we work together to address them permanently using a variety of coaching tools.
My practice of life coaching
The coaching work I do is simple. I listen to you and then I listen more! My role is to coach you through the coaching journey, ensuring you are supported and that you are supportively challenged, at a pace that works for you.
Ultimately, you become your own coach. You have the keys that open all the doors to success. There is no doubt about it but sometimes all it takes is to step back and look at what is working in your life and what needs to be changed in order to move forward.
I combine in my coaching practice tools drawn from neuroscience, body language, cognitive perception and concepts from Integral Somatic Psychotherapy. All these tools help form a clear and detailed picture of where you are in your life now so that we can design a structured plan to achieve your goals and within a realistic timeframe.
Practically, we identify, understand and address the beliefs systems that you may have in your life and that stop you from reaching your goals or potential. This is the all too familiar “I can’t do it”, “it won’t work”, “I’ve tried everything”, “it’s always been like that”.
Together, we understand why those beliefs are here in the first place and we work to transform them so that you become a half-full glass type of person.
“I cannot stress enough the importance of listening carefully to clients. It appears that when we talk we cannot help but to give away the clues that answer our own questions. That’s because we have in us all the keys that open all the doors to live the successful and fulfilled life we are meant to.”
Using life coaching to improve your life
Through creating a new perception of the world we can build a new future. Our vision of the world, which can be society, work, family or even social life, can either affect or stimulate our ability to cope with a situation, our performance or overcome obstacles.
A glass can be half-full or half-empty. It depends on our perception of the world and therefore of ourselves.
“You have the right to succeed, the right to be happy, the right to live a harmonious and positive life. But only you can give you that right.”
Imagine your ideal life
What would your ideal life be like? How would you feel? What would be different from what you are living now? If you are not at that stage yet but would like to get closer and closer, then life coaching could be what you need to make it happen.
