Franck David’s history as a Life Coach
My name is Franck David and I’m originally from Paris. I have an Advanced Certificate in Coaching Practice recognised by the Association for Coaching (AC). AC Coach Training Accreditation offers my clients reassurance with regard to the level of knowledge, practical experience and application of my coaching competencies, all benchmarked against best practice.
I have been a life coach for 10 years and drawing on my extensive experience of the public sector/ civil service I also offer executive coaching to organisations and individuals to improve outcomes, confidence and focus.
My practice of life and executive coaching integrates the concepts developed by various disciplines such as neuroscience, psychoanalysis, systemic therapies, biogenealogy, linguistics, behavioural therapy, etiomedecine and neurolinguistic programming.
In my teenage years I was very intrigued by a question which I felt was just the tip of the iceberg; why do we feel so often that we can climb the highest mountain, succeed in everything we want but at the same time doubts and sometimes poor confidence convince us to give up some of the dreams.
To me this was fascinating. The conflict between the potential for success, happiness, fulfillment and health we all have built in us and the blocks, barriers, fears that we patiently build in order to not succeed, to distill our potential rather than release it.
I have been extraordinarily lucky in his life. A series of encounters with therapists, scientists and pioneers who were, and still are, the very best in their fields transformed my life and gave me answers to that question. Working with them in the UK, France and Belgium I have spent the past 20 years in particular delving into the neuroscience of consciousness to finally comprehend that our perception of the world makes us who we are.
With simple words, I guide people to self-actualise that perception and accomplish positive and meaningful change in their life.
It is better to want to succeed than not wanting to fail.
Imagine your ideal life. How would it feel? How would you feel? What would be different from what you are living now? If you are not at that stage yet but would like to get closer and closer, then life coaching could be what you need to make it happen.
